Gulf Guar Gum offers comprehensive, standalone packages for exploration well testing, cleanup, and inline testing of producing wells. Our portable, temporary facilities enable well flow testing while capturing critical data, including pressure, temperature, flow rate, and other key performance indicators.
In response to our customers' demands for efficiency and time savings, Aramain has introduced a fleet of trailer-mounted Surface Well Testing (SWT) and Multi-Phase Flow Meter (MPFM) Testing units. These integrated packages minimize setup and teardown times, with rig-up consisting of only Xmas Tree connections, flare, and vent line deployment.
Our analysis has shown that these units can achieve a 40% reduction in move times between wells compared to conventional skid-mounted units. The 10K well test unit features an evenly distributed weight design across one trailer, incorporating a choke manifold, separator, surge tank, and control panel. Additional components, including well control/pressure test pumps and tanks, office and labs, and piping and ancillaries, are housed on separate trailers.
Our multiphase testing units consist of custom-designed trailers equipped with choke manifolds, ESD control panels, and multiphase meters. Separate trailers accommodate office and electrical support systems.
